We need filter pump systems (pump and chamber) to filter volume of our 1 types of electroplating tanks of 400 Liter and 800 Liter capacity.
We work with following electroplating baths
· Cyanide zinc ,400 L and 800 L
· Cyanide cooper ,400 L
· Acid bright nickel, 400 L and 800 L
· Copper acid ,800 L
· Cyanide brass ,400 L
· Cyanide black niquel ,400 L

Also About the filter pump characteristic can be as fllow :
1.- Pump must no have contact with electroplating liquids at all (electromagnetic pump needed)
2.- Motor and pump must be protect against electroplating liquids
3.- To change the filter cartridge (10”x 2.5”) must be very easy with suing any tool, only hands
4.- All structure table, chamber, connections must be made with high grade PP (polyprolpylene) materials. Do not use steel or stainless steel materials
5.- Current : 220 v ,60 hz, 3 phase .
6.- Electric cabinet protection , the best you can have aganst humidity , acid conditions , if work with IP68 then better.
7.- Motor protection for overload (relays, contactors),
8.- Low maintenance service
9.- Must work 24 hrs. /day all year
10.- Inlet and out let of pump can be 2” if possible
11.- Capacity of filtration system : for volume tank of 400L or 800L will depend on what you can offer about the pump capacity and motor conditions of your suggestions.

13.- Chamber in PP (polyprolpylene) material to handle 1 filter cartridge of 10” x 2.5” in vertical position.
